Shipping is free for US customers.

We ship orders Monday – Saturday. Please allow 2-5 days for transit within the US, 5-7 days internationally.

Return/Refund Policy

Different Smile Veneers offers no returns or refund of our Shiny Smile Veneers as every set of veneers are custom made for each client. If the client is not satisfied, Shiny Smile Veneers is willing to redo or remake their veneers up to three times at no cost to the client.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The 60-day money-back guarantee only applies if:

• You received your fully fitting veneers (i.e., no fitting issues).
• You have used the veneers for at least 60 days.
• You are still unsatisfied with the appearance of the veneers after regular use.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Fitting issues, as Shiny Smile Veneers provides up to 3 free remakes to ensure a proper fit.
• Fractures or damage to the veneers.

Because this is a custom-made product, the following deductions will apply to any approved refund:

• A $90 processing fee.
• The cost of any impression kit(s) or extra supplies kit(s) used, even if they were initially provided for free:

• Impression Kit: $22 each
• Extra supplies: $15 each
